"The Susquehanna University FH team was thrilled to have Mallory Federoff take us through an afternoon of team building recently. Mal was energetic and engaged our student athletes in meaningful activities that directly correlated with our on the field play. She led our team through several small games and activities that required them to think on their feet and collaborate for solutions. She was able to balance the day with activities that involved the entire team, as well as working in smaller groups. She had so many great ideas and was so relatable to our team. They hung on her every word and were eager to engage her in questions. Overall, it was a really fantastic day and it certainly helped solidify our team culture, bind and chemistry. Mal is a great role model for our athletes and she was a welcome addition to our preseason training schedule.

"Upper St. Clair doesn't have a feeder program at this point, and often times, I'm having to rely on returning girls to teach the incoming players about field hockey, or they have to learn during the tryouts.  Although we host a Youth Camp, and it is successful, I always felt we needed to offer more that would focus on basics, and still challenge my returning players.  The Upswing camp did just that.  You and your coaches were able to teach the importance of the basics to the girls, as well as challenging and teaching my returners new skills.  You were upbeat and the pace was slow enough to allow them to learn, but fast enough to keep them engaged and excited to move on.  The girls were not intimidated and eager to ask questions.  More importantly, it prepared the girls for our tryouts.  The incoming girls showed confidence that I don't think they would have had otherwise.  The goalies were not left in the cold.  The benefit of the private sessions that my goalies had are shining through.  You and your coaching staff have provided a service to my team that I will be using every season."

- Mary Rae Rocco, Upper St. Clair HS Head Coach (Pittsburgh, PA)

"Upswing Clinics was the perfect way to kick start our 2017 season. From covering the basics with freshmen to challenging my upperclassmen, everyone left the clinic feeling more confident!"

- Kent Roosevelt Coaching Staff (Kent, Ohio)

"Coach Federoff and her staff held a wonderful clinic for our team. It was catered to the individual needs of our players and our team play. It was beneficial having them at our school, so the girls could still work their summer jobs and play on their home field. We learned new drills, reviewed offensive and defensive concepts, and even implemented a new lineup style. Afterwards, Coach Federoff was kind enough to provide more information about the lineup and playing style. We would highly recommend Upswing Clinics to any level team (middle school, high school, club) to help with their individual and team game."

- Jill Hatz, Mainland Regional HS Head Coach (Linwood, NJ)

"Upswing clinics was amazing! Mallory came to our school and really broke down the basic skills of the game of field hockey for my players. She was patient, kind and help us get to the next level of play! I would highly recommend Upswing clinics to anyone who wants to bring their team to the next level and improve their players game!"

- Jen Dewitt, Aquinas Academy of Pittsburgh HS Head Coach (Pittsburgh, PA)

"Mal (Coach Federoff) built upon the basics so that every player was challenged but also successful.  The progression of drills and one-on-one instructions were ideal.  They learned both how and why.   Our team will continue using the skills and set pieces that she taught us to improve our game.  It was a top notch indoor clinic and we are excited to welcome her back for another clinic this summer!"

- Jamie Klinger, SV Fusion Head Coach (Mifflinburg, PA)

"I highly recommend Mal.  I learned just as much as the players did.  The girls thoroughly enjoyed this learning experience."

- Shelley Orren, Mifflinburg HS Head Coach (Mifflinburg, PA)
