MISSION STATEMENT

 

Our mission is to provide high level coaching at a fair price and convenient location to high school, junior high, and youth level athletes.  We feel that athletes should focus on learning and continue improving regardless if they are college-bound hopefuls or just enjoy playing for their respective schools. Clinic curriculum will focus on individual skills, tactical understanding, vision and decision making to help athletes become better, well-rounded players.  We offer both indoor and outdoor field hockey clinics.

 

 

 

MESSAGE FROM THE FOUNDER - Mallory Federoff (Weisen)

 

Coming from a small town in Pennsylvania, I have seen firsthand that girls can range between full-time field hockey enthusiasts to diverse athletes that split their time between other sports and obligations. I formed Upswing Clinics to cater to all levels of field hockey skill and interest, in hopes to improve the game, as a whole, one player at a time. 

 

I was very fortunate to have excellent coaches and mentors since elementary school who influenced my development from an early age.  Twenty years later, field hockey has given me invaluable experiences and excellent connections that I now would like to pass along to the next generation of athletes.
